COVER REVEAL: The Last Beginning by Lauren James

Once upon a time… though what is time, really? When is time? When are we? Hey, do you remember when we did this before, except it was like 1643 and this wasn’t a wordpress blog but, like, quill scratchings on parchment?

Sorry, got a little sidetracked there. Once upon a time, there was a super important teenage girl. Her name… was LAUREN JAMES.

*insert embarrassing pics of Lauren James as an embarrassing teen that I definitely possess*

A lot of stuff happened, mainly hard work and writing, writing, writing by the girl known to us all as Lauren James. This work culminated in the creation of a super important teenage girl. Her name… was CLOVE SUTCLIFFE.

Clove is the sci-fi heroine you’ve been waiting for. She’s here to kick butts and kiss girls. It’ll be five months before you all get to meet her, so for now I’m tiding you over with a cover reveal. Remember how much bookbloggers swooned for the cover of The Next Together? Yeah. Best get your smelling salts out now, I reckon.

Without further ado…

Isn’t it beautiful? The stars, the lake, the GIRLS HOLDING HANDS… And what are the circles with M, K, and C in them all about, eh? Mysteries to ponder during the wait for October.

The epic conclusion to Lauren James’ The Next Together series about true love and reincarnation.

A love that transcends time. A secret that could destroy the future.

Sixteen years ago, after a scandal that rocked the world, teenagers Katherine and Matthew vanished without a trace. Now Clove Sutcliffe is determined to find them. But where do you start looking for a couple who seem to have been reincarnated at every key moment in history? Who were Kate and Matt? Why were they born again and again? And who is the mysterious Ella and why does she keep appearing at every turn in Clove’s investigation?

The Last Beginning is published in October 2016 by Walker. You can preorder it here: Amazon UK
